Activities That Stimulate Little Minds, Exercise Little Bodies And Are Fun For All
Our classes are fun and jam packed full of activities for babies! (for health and safety we split class into babies/crawlers & prewalkers/walkers)
We start the class by singing and signing "Hello" to all of our babies.
Warm up/relaxation.
We then get everyone involved by singing well known songs. The louder the better! It doesn't matter if you can't sing - its enjoying it and having fun with your baby that matters.
Next we bring out the musical instruments and encourage babies to shake and bang. We even have small light instruments for very little hands.
We sing and sign to travelling songs and enjoy a bit of Baby Hokey Cokey and the Grand Old Duke of York. Even the smallest babies like the singing and swinging.
Our multi sensory play can range from playing with bubbles, to playing with shiny fabrics, smelly scarves and feathers, squooshy balls and huge reflective balls. puppets are sometimes used to bring a world of simple fun and imagination to young childs play!
Out comes the treasure basket for babies to explore. Little ones are free to choose what they like, to share and play with.
We read and sign our class book perfect for winding down and we have cuddle time and sing a song to baby.
We sing out "Goodbye" song, but its not the end of our time together as we all have a chat and socialise with each other while our little ones play or sometimes fall a sleep!
At the end you'll wonder how we managed to fit everything in to an hour long class and wonder how you'll spend the next few hours while a very tired baby has a long, long nap!
